Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA)
The Disability Discrimintion Act 1995 (Amendement) Regulations 2003 came
into force on 1st October 2004, better know as part 111 of the DDA.
Recent changes within this act means that all service providers have to
make “reasonable adjustments ” to the physical features of
their premises to overcome barriers to access. Thus to enable disabled
people to use a service.
